However, it would be prudent for those providing services...
(school districts/teachers, NSPs, BBS's, parents etc) to enumerate
desired behaviour. (ie agree to my AUP jack, or you lose access through
my system) It is not sufficent to rely on the proper moral/ethical
mores of others on the net and there is -no- effective technological
fix to ensure the purity of the turf.
