Sharon Fisher's box entitled "Feeding the Internet" was indeed
confusing and inaccurate in parts, but I think that this just
demonstrates how confusing and complicated using the network can
be; the "savage user interface" as somebody (probably on this list)
put it in the recent issue of Forbes. Expanding use of the network
outside of the community of informed people is going to be very
difficult when an even an experienced and informed writer on
data communications has trouble understanding how the network works
and how things move around within it.
