I reiterate, re: more legitimate mags, letters can make a difference.  A 
very mainstream radiology rag I received had about 3 ads per month re: 
mammography featuring nudes modeling their equipment rather graphically.  
I wrote to complain, and I bet others did too (I have a realistic view of 
my effectiveness as one individual) and next year the vendors showed 
only the xray images - much more interesting to those seeking good mammo 
imaging equipment.  Photos of models in the Compressar had no value re: 
equipment.

So, if you dont like what's in a mag or it's availablility - try talking 
to the company.
