Actually, it's trivially easy to ship things anonymously with almost
any popularly accessible medium or carrier, from pay phones to just
stuffing it in an envelope w/o any return address (or a phony one) and
dropping it in a mailbox.
That alone hasn't generally been a big deal issue, has it?
