With this post I am off-line to attend a conference on the Bell Atlantic TCI
merger and do work for France telecom. Back here Friday evening. It would
SURE be NICE to have a RESPONSE to my November 15th FOIA on the question of
an extension for MERIT ANS by then! Failing one I hope to have an appeal ready
for launching by close of business Monday. I call NSF Office of Legislative
and Political Affairs daily to remind them about the silence in CISE.
