Or you could just connect to an NNTP server that has a full feed (including 
all the junk groups and local stuff that gets leaked from various places 
around the net) and read:

psi.nwg or
sura.noc.status

No need to subscribe to it explicitly when it's probably already being 
delivered to a conveniently located NNTP server near you.
