Um, just to add a bit to the noise. When I (helped) run/ran a large
private network (Sun's internal net), I found MCI's tech force to be
much superior to AT&T's. Now, we weren't playing with T3 (T1 was about
as fast as it got, except for the trans-bay circuits), but AT&T just never
seemed to care.
