Great minds ... I have been espousing the need for internationalization as
the only sane route for the NII for also many moons.
I like the term GII and will switch to it (with proper credit for the term)
but remember the NII has as one of its drives competativeness and most folk
relate that to esclusivity -- they are wrong. Those who know how to use the
GII (there I said it) in the INTERNATIONAL sense will be the winners.
