The same results? What, milk? Cheese? As far as I know, when cows are
connected to a milking machine they are giving us milk. At least that is
the way it was when I worked on the farm.
I love a metaphor as much as the next person, the grander or the more mixed
the better, but this one is backwards. I think the EFF and what not would
probably like the idea that we could all be hooked up and contribute to the
national cheese... Although I suppose we would want to ensure somewhat more
volition in the process.
Come to think of it, the cows all walk to the barn and move into their
stalls. They like being milked, cause they are full of it. Are we all so
full of it we can't wait to be milked by that big internet sucking machine?
Is this what Ross Perot was thinking about? Is American milk going to be
sucked into Mexico?
