Well, after I posted the message, I had second thoughts about what I
had said. I am not sure that the National Labs are on the .mil
network. Secondly, I am not sure they were ever available via ftp.
I had once accessed one of them via netlib, but the memory was not
fully distinguished from the use of ftp when I made the post. -David-
