While I agree heartily with the international-Internet sentiment, let's
not overdue things. The 100+ counts refer to email. The latest (11/1)
list from Merit shows 62 countries directly connected. The April IETF
list by Larry Landweber shows 54.
This does not affect Yakov's point. I just feel too many bloated
numbers are floating around when we don't need them. I saw a claim not
long ago that the net reached 200+ countries - there aren't that many,
not on this planet at least.
