Should there be any doubt about who is causing the routing disruption,
here's a traceroute I get from here trying to reach Lars Poulsen:

4 ENSS133.CIT.CORNELL.EDU (192.35.82.101) 738 ms !H 789 ms !H 1055 ms !H
When they leave here, our packets are dumped directly onto net 38 (PSINET).
PSI's local version of CO+RE routes them to an ENSS at cornell for blocking.
Marty, why are you doing this to your customers ?
