time for another OSTP Report on NREN & HPCC?

By the middle of last december the draft version of the OSTP report to
congress on HPCC and NREN was in circulation. I believe this is an annual
requirement of PL 102-194. Am I correct? Anyone know how soon we
'llsee another report? If another draft is making its way about, I'd
be most appreciate for a heads up.
