Hhhmmm...... I'll bite... Why Rick, after these years of "winter", when we are now seeing blooms, would this *need* to be the case?
Can't say I dissagree, I guess I just don't understand the posture of the statement. Although I'm sure to see more on this in that I'm replying to this on my nomadic, and I need to POP up/down some more msgs.
