Dave, I also received such a message.  I sent a messate to the owner of the
system and requested that I be removed from his systems as I had not 
initiated a message to his system.  Perhaps a better solution is to include
the name that caused this to happen on all the mail distribution lists so that
the owner of the system soon has to set up an annonymous account for every
one in the global internet.  I don't think his system is that big.
