Sicne you are advocating other networks servcie providers to join the
CIX then maybe GE could lead the way and show NSF and others how it is done.
IT always amazes me how some poeple are always trying to tell other
networks and organizatiosn how to run their networks, while they sit
in the back seat. I know that GE has a large network so why not get GE
to connect to the CIX? BTW - this is not to say that NSF should or
should not join the CIX.
