->ANS has, therefore, chosen to join the CIX Association, effective
->immediately.  By joining the CIX, ANS will carry at its expense all

->CO+RE site, to the extent the CIX membership agreement and bylaws

I'll skip the retorcial comments, and just say that this now creats a problem
in that we'll (DHL) have to probably upgrade our service connection to
handle the added *commercial* traffic that we'll be generating/receiving.

Oh darn....(as he tries to slow his heart beat and quietly held thunderous joy..:-)
