No, but that's because no one wants to pay for it. I dont believe ANY
end user is paying ANY provider for it.
Funny how when you actually have to pay real money for somethign
instead of being handed it for free by the government, your bandwidth
needs drop....
We ARE delivering 10mbps connectivity to end users, including the
Internet Multicasting Service folks.
