Just a follow-up: I cc'd Peter Ford on my last note about connectivity
via CIX. I notice that I cannot get from my network in Europe to
LANL via ALTERnet, CIX, CERFnet and General Atomics.
Does this indicate a problem on my end, or on LANL's part ?
Does resolution of this problem require that ESnet joins CIX ?
Interestingly enough, I have no problem getting there from the
login host of my service provider, who has signed the NSF-AUP pledge,
which I haven't.
