Would someone please enlighten me. I though Barrnet and Nearnet both joined CIX about a year ago. have seen BARRnet reported as a CIX member. Yet last night
I got a phone call from someone in San Francisco who said BARRnet was
not and never had been a cix member.
WhAt is going on here? Is or is not Barrnet a CIX member? If it is not, did
others have the ** impression** it was? IF so, WHY?
