Sorry, maybe my post should have indicated that I was forwarding something.
LLNL has no affiliation with SPA, nor do I.  I received that mailing on 
another list and thought readers of com-priv might be interested.  

I might add that I don't see this message in the same light as you do.  It
didn't occur to me to view this as an advertisement for SPA (for what it's
worth, I'm not a big fan of the SPA, but I do believe fighting the export 
controls on crypto products is a worthwhile cause).

Guess I should have sent that from my world account, eh?
