I also want to make it clear that I don't yet have a position on the best
method of settlement between interconnected network carriers such as ANS and
PSI. It would be valuable for ANS to describe its intended plan and virtues
and also for CIX participants to explain whether the current "no settlement"
interconnection policy makes sense with ANS in the picture. Gentlement?
