Since this is a subsidized network which is being sold for $3 per hour,
I wonder whether everyone using it is generating traffic that meets the
acceptable use criteria for NSFNET, and whether Barrnet has permission from
NSF to run this traffic?
Maybe this really uses ANS or PSI or AlterNet or something else and I have
missed something? It sure sounds like the good old subsidized NSFNET to
me.
