Of course--I'm not putting anything down here; just saying that it's
easy to be addicted to something free.  :-)

   Or you could excoriate the University and DEMAND to be billed.  Your choice,
   I guess.

I think such a demand would be going a bit far.  If I wanted to
support the Net monetarily, I'd send a donation to NSF or
somebody--then I wouldn't be setting a precedent.  :-)
