It seems a bit strange to see Prodigy/Comp-U-Serve be described as
ValueAddedNetworks, VANs. Comparing grapefruit to tangerines would be
more appropriate if SprintNet( nee Telenet) and TYMNET, the original
VANs, had been mentioned. What regulation does the FCC really *DO* that
affects the services of VANs?
