Should the description of Compuserve, Prodigy and NREN be services of ESPs
delivered VIA VANs? The VAN in the case of NREN being ANSnet, or the CIX,
or ANSnet and the CIX - depending on whatever your best guess is that we
will see a year or two from now?
I don't believe that the FCC does anything that affects the services of
VANs. Am I wrong?
