Was there any reasoning behind the FCC's belief? Sounds pretty
unlikely (after all, it shouldn't matter *what* you run over a
channel, so long as it isn't too loud, right?).
Why'd the broadcasters care? GE's setup wasn't going to compete for TV
viewers (except in the sense that any activity besides TV competes for
the time spent on it).
