Bill, I agree with you wholeheartedly.  The UHF TV spectrum is grossly
underutilized and would make a wonderful chunk of spectrum to park
lots of services.  Personally I would like to see a channel used as a
10Mbps multipoint service.  If you think about the bursty nature of
traffic you could probably provide a much higher level of performance
that way.
