Funny, my impression of the article was the opposite of yours. It
seemed like a sour grapes piece possibly based on a misunderstanding.
After all, why would PSI's UUCP service be *so much cheaper* than
Alternet's unless there were some "catch" like restrictions against
3rd party mail?
