	This same subject was widely discussed a few weeks back in the
news.admin newsgroup. While there were people defending both sides of the
discussion, I think that a general view was that even if PSI (or their
supporters) could reasonably support their position and contract, they
had a lot of damage control to do and that they perhaps needed to rework,
clarify and tighten the language in their contract. 
	A clarification is in order. According to the comp.admin discussion,
and from the Unix Today article, UT isn't prohibited from passing on the
netnews to other sites. However, news coming into UT that originates from
those other sites will be subsequently rejected by PSI. 
	There could be a lot of traffic on this issue, so be ready. That
isn't necessarily a bad thing, though.
