Yes; ANS and NSF share physical plant, but have logically distinct nets.
That's how we're able to have different Acceptable Use policies.

You'd have to query ANS on their position wrt "crass commercial" (ANS' term)
traffic, but my understanding is that IRS would not be unhappy providing it
did'nt exceed some nominal fraction of the total traffic borne.

Another Perrier?
