It's called EASE.  It's a reasonable front-end to sendmail.cf, that lets
you think in symbols of more than one character.  It has two translators,
one from .cf -> readable, and one from readable -> .cf.  It is publically
available, and version 3.0 was just posted a few months ago.  Look for it
on any mature anonftp archive (gatekeeper.dec.com, for example :-)).

I don't think Geoff (Goodfellow)'s sendmail.cf was done with Ease.
