But wait. According to the ANS acceptable use policy it is
not a commercial provider (where commercial means unrestricted), so
ANS definitely needs an acceptable use policy.
But more than that, any commercial service provider needs a
minimal usage policy, if for no other reason than to disclaim
responsibility for illegal and unethical use of the service. Both PSI
and Alternet have usage policies.
Marty, what is the appropriate set of words from the PSI
member agreement that covers usage? How is it holding up to new
member scrutiny? Pretty well, I imagine.
