My NeXT printer was unable to image anything after the first page of
the Executive Summary (complained of an offensive "arc" command).
Steve Romig printed it for me at OSU CIS on an Apple LaserWriter+ and
a Dataproducts 2665, neither of which could manage the entire
document, and each of which elided different sets of pages. The union
of the two resultant piles of paper, however, resulted in an
apparently complete document, and some interesting weekend reading.
PostScript is a wonderful standard for electronic document exchange :-)
