As usual at NSF, the competition will be totally free and open, and selection
by merit review will be (insofar as human frailty allows) scrupulously fair
and aboveboard. Stay tuned.
Does the organization that wins get to keep those marvelous NNSC people,
because then it would really be worth bidding for. Let us know quick
so we can plan on how much space to lease!
