But what does it take to create a LISTSERV group? Can I create
BONDAGE-L (a la alt.sex.bondage)?
Presumably policy varies according to the feelings of the Sysadmin at the
specific BITNET site. I know a "BISEXU-L" list exists out there somewhere...
