I'm looking for some end-user input on a news
story I'm writing regarding an agreement between
ANS and CIX to interconnect their nets on a provisional
basis. In the story, I'd like to include user feedback
on the pros and cons of this arrangement, perceived
end-user benefits, and user views on the entire Internet
commercialization initiative.
