I am puzzled by this whole discussion. Dialog will bill you $3 an hour if
you come in on the Internet, and as far as I understand, they then hand this
money over to ANS. Dialog will bill you about $12 an hour if you come in
over Sprintnet or Tymnet, and presumably give that money to the respective
telecomm companies. I don't know how much of this money actually stays with
Dialog. If you call their number in Palo Alto directly they STILL charge you
about $6 an hour in connect charges. So however you do it, you DO PAY.
Check the Telecomm Rates section of your Dialog price list.
