ANS brochures?

Hmmm, I thought all the disputes had been settled. The hearings are over.
Commercial use is being "fixed." ;-) Network access points are in
bloom. COREN is underway to help the mid-levels implement them. ANS is
going to "interconnect" with the CIX. The swords have been beaten into
plowshares. . . .<smile>
But last week I received email about brochures that ANS was handing out at
a meeting in the Eastern US. The drift was something like ANS answers its
competitor's accusations. And tonight from way out west I received a
phone call from someone who had received the same brochure as part of a
bulk mailing. He had read it and was rather offended. He did *NOT* agree
with what ANS was asserting. And he wondered HOW ANS had gotten his
address.
Gosh.... I haven't received one yet. So I can't make my own first hand
judgments. Maybe someone will post the contents to this list?
I would imagine that ANS has demonstrated its good faith in the brochure
by letting readers know the chronology of its 501(c) (3) filing? I would
imagine that ANS filed shortly after its incorporation and that if the IRS
hasn't already approved the status it soon will? And then ANS will soon
begin any other filings that are required by it's tax exempt status?
