On Wednesday, April 29, 1992, the Office of Management and Budget
published for comment in the Federal Register a proposed revision
of its Circular No. A-130, "Management of Federal Information Resources."
The notice proposes revisions concerning information management
policy, including policies relating to information dissemination,
records management, and cooperation with State and local governments.
