Thanks for the pointing to us.  We usually notice and respond to any requests
for network information that occur on the major mailing lists.  

The NSFNET Network Service Center does maintain a list of network service
providers and will email or fax copies to interested organizations.

A copy of the current network provider list is attached for reference.

The NSF Network Service Center (NNSC) often receives the initial calls from 
sites wishing to connect to the Internet.  The NNSC refers such callers to 
the appropriate contacts for any networks which might be able to serve them.
