To bring it home, OBI now has all the testimonies published on this
list, anonymous FTP, /obi/Networking/NSFNET/.
Perhaps other sites do also, but just as you would immediately go to
the NIC first for an RFC (we have those also), many people when
looking for something textual go to world.std.com first.
And if they don't find what they want they "bug" me in e-mail to
please find whatever it is and put it in OBI, or send it to me when
they do find it as if they've found this obvious incompleteness that
needs to be fixed right away. I almost always oblige, as my disk
vendor well knows :-)
And Pete Cottrel's point is a good one, World just happens to be the
subject at hand. Who knows what else is out there and unreachable?
It's fairly obvious that many people here didn't know much about us
until this came up for discussion. Silence has a way of remaining
silent.
