I would be happy to discuss this with you by phone or in person.
Merit & ANS will be represented at IETF in San Diego this coming week and will
answer technical questions regarding the T3 or T1 networks.
I'll let others answer the "what if" questions, but basically the
technological issues with the T3 network are clear. The "pesky"
hardware and software problems are working themselves out quite
nicely now. Perhaps we could talk about how to include a better
technology sense in your notes?
