I'd be happy if someone took the trouble to produce the audio-doc-
based transcript. I doubt there's sufficient market interest
to justify "rentable" tapes from a "public" outlet like Blockbuster.
(That ref must have been a joke).
Copies of a video-doc produced "on-demand" would be the way to follow-up
excerpts sent to schools with technology & policy centers or departments.
Scant few academics know ANYTHING of this issue, so the further-
and-severely-clueless citizen-on-the-street, Blockbuster's clientele
to a large extent I assume, isn't going to ever see this one in the racks.
Too, the full-text (sans Multimedia-on-the-Internet) on the Net would
be the next route, based on the above suggested transcript.
