Anyone seen a report from the Economic Strategy Institute called "The
Impact of Broadband Communications On the U.S. Economy and On
Competitiveness"? This report was released Tues. by Sen. Burns
(R-Mont.) in advance of his Fri. 28 Feb hearing on legislation (S-1200)
that would mandate such a national network by year 2015.
