I think the point was that one member didn't use the network, not
that only one did. I know at least 4 members whom I have communicated
with extensively and whom I would characterize as very knowledgeable
about network matters. Look at the list!

As laudable and laureateable as a committee of notable scientists
advising on the gov't on networking matters, and finding that only one

that uses the network, I wonder how much more balanced and informed th

advisory committee would be if it had a young whippersnapper or two in
its ranks. At the very least, I'd bet the notable's and the whippersn
appers
