List Change requests

I am astounded at the number of list change requests (add, drop, change me)
that I see posted to this mailing list. I would have assumed that the
readership of this list was reasonably network-savvy. I guess not.

People, if there's a mailing list you almost never send drop/add/etc.
requests to the list. There is almost always a <listname>-request address
for such things, and you don't bother everybody on the list with it.

I would encourage whoever is handling this list to ignore add/drop/etc.
requests sent to com-priv, or at most send a message to people telling them
to send to com-priv-request. If you let these requests sent to the wrong
place actually work, it does nothing to discourage the activity.
