There is an electronic discussion group about NREN run by a fellow at OTA.
I don't know much about it because I am not part of the group. However,
it might be a good idea to find out more about it and combine efforts. My
impression was that he was using some sort of bulletin board service.
Perhaps you could offer to run a real email list for him.
