I understand that HPCC is listed on page 102 of the new Federal Budget.
That agency allocations for non NREN items are broken out agency by agency.
NREN apparently is listed as a single $123 million dollar line item. How
does one find out why NREN was not broken out by agency and what the break
out will be?
