I agree with Bill's comment about cable's lack of foresight. Even worse,
in Pittsburgh Warner was forced to put in dual coaxial cables because
the city council envisioned interactive television. The deal with Pittsburgh
bankrupted Warner cable, leaving TCI to pick up the assets.
The rest, as they say, is history.
